WeaponCollector's Knife Collection - Part Two

Mike's Knife Collection 2016 - Part Two, (Part One Here) this is part two of my knife collection as of 2016, I have sold some, and have gained many since I did my first knife collection video seven years ago.

This part mainly shows the folding knives again and some fixed blades and four Trench Knives (knuckle duster knife) in part one I show at least one trench knife.

I would say my favourites in this video are the Trench Sword, the Knuckle Duster Machete, the old Flick Knife (Switch blade) and Stiletto knife and again the ones I was given as gifts or for my birthday.

In this video is 34 knives I think, and together with part one make around 82 knives.

Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knife with Sheath - First a short bit of history on the knife : The Fairbairn-Sykes Fighting Knife is a double-edged knife with a foil grip developed by William Ewart Fairbairn and Eric Anthony Sykes in Shanghai before World War II, but made famous during the War when issued to British Commandos, including the SAS. The Wilkinson Sword Company made the knife with minor pommel and grip design variations; currently, the F-S Fighting Knife is of interest mainly to collectors, but it remains in production because of its sleek appearance and historical associations. The knife is strongly associated with the British commandos and the US OSS and Marine Raiders , among other special forces / clandestine / raiding units. It features in the insignia of the British Royal Marines, the Dutch Commando Corps, founded in the UK during World War II, the Australian 2nd Commando Regiment, and the United States Army Rangers. A solid gold F-S Fighting Knife is part of the commandos' memorial at Westminster Abbey.

The first batch of fifty F-S Fighting Knives were produced in January 1941 by Wilkinson Sword Ltd after Fairbairn and Sykes had traveled down to their factory from the Special Training Centre at Lochailort in November 1940 to discuss their ideas for a fighting knife.

My knife was originally my fathers, I have no idea where he got it from or whether its an original, all I know
is its definitely old, the sheath however is a modern reproduction, made the same way as the originals and as far as I am aware made by the same companies that made the old ones too.
The blade on the knife is also slightly shorter than it should be because as a teenager I used to mess around with it and managed to break off the tip on two occasions.

Kissing Crane KC-48 Stiletto

Kissing Crane knives are produced by the Robert Klaas factory in Solingen, Germany, where master cutlers have been crafting quality knives for over 175 years. This line of Classic stiletto knives are assembled and polished by hand, making each knife a work of art. These knives have been a favorite for many generations and continue to be in strong demand by the serious collector. The Solingen 420 stainless steel blade features a double locking mechanism that "catches" the blade in a half-closed position for extra safety. Each knife has genuine stag handles, brass bolsters, linings, and an inlaid shield.

The Blade is beautifully etched with the Stiletto name and sword logo. Also etched on blade...KISSING CRANE GERMANY..KC-48 GERMANY.
Blade is tang stamped KISSING CRANE with the two cranes logo on one side, KC 48 Rostfrei on the other. The overall length open is 9".
Stainless steel spine and locking mechanism
Nice polished brass liners and bolsters.
