If you see any of the more unusual designs on other websites or for sale they are not from me and those designs have been stolen,(not all my designs are original but many are) I have seen t-shirts with my stuff personal designs on, websites using my images, Chinese companies selling blatant rip off's of designs I created and have even seen my designs / pictures on a computer game too, all of which I was not asked permission, although I am not that bothered a credit or mention would have been nice, lol.
I've even seen a few tattoos of my dusters!

I might make a video later showing the t-shirts, tattoo's, game images etc.

WeaponCollector's Knife Collection - Part One

Mike's Knife Collection 2016 - Part One, (Part Two Here) this is Part One of my knife collection as of 2016, I have sold some, and have gained many since I did my first knife collection video seven years ago.

This part mainly shows the folding knives and some fixed blades and one Trench Knife (knuckle duster knife) in part two I will show more trench knives.

I would say my favourites in this video are the Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knife, the Muela Tactical Tanto knife, the Trench Knife, my Daggers and any knives I got for my birthday.

In this video is 48 knives I think, which is about half or slightly more of what I own, Part Two will include Trench Knives, a Flick Knife (Switch Blade) and Butterfly Knife. plus possibly a few Machetes.

Folding Trench Knife Knuckle Duster

Folding Trench Knife (Knuckle Duster / Brass Knuckles Folding Theatre Knife)
This Trench knife is not based on any that already exist and are an original design, but are similar to some models that are commercially available.
Made to be used in reverse style grip, with the blade folding in a way that it will not cut your fingers if the lock fails, the lock is a Liner Lock, however the knuckle duster can be used with the blade closed, the blade is open using a thumb stud.

The size will fit medium hands, but will just about fit large hands with a bit of a squeeze.

Features Oval finger holes and a palm rest that is neither flat or curved but is the shape of the knife handle, the weight is reasonably low due to the handle being made of Aluminium.

These have four spikes for striking, and a 3 inch partially serrated blade and would be a considerable weapon in a  fighting / War situation that can be used closed or open features a folding blade as mentioned. 
Features no makers mark , but was made by the person who made most of the knuckle dusters in the collection.


Overall a pretty nice piece, could be finished better though, and is certainly unique.

Ballistic Knuckle Duster Trench Knife

Ballistic Knuckle Duster Trench Knife - A spring powered ballistic trench knife (knuckle duster knife)
A reproduction of the famous Spetznaz ballistic knife or pilum knife, this one was designed by a friend from the Internet as part of a competition.
A ballistic knife is a specialised combat knife with a detachable gas or spring-propelled blade that can be fired to a distance of several feet by pressing a trigger or switch on the handle.
They be can used as a standard fighting knife, and you can shoot the blade out too, making it similar to being able to throw a knife, but easier, because no skill is involved, this designs incorporates a knuckle duster / brass knuckles meaning it can still be used after firering the blade
The size for this one is medium to large hands, however it would probably be uncomfortable if used by people with smalls hands due to its size
Features oblong finger holes and a flat / tube palm rest, trigger and O-ring / split pin safety, also features four spikes for striking.
The blade is steel and has its own small handle that is contained in the knuckle handle, although the blade is not razor sharp it is still sharpened on both sides and was shaped into a dagger style blade and would still be capable of stabbing, the handle is copper tubing, and the knuckle guard and trigger are aluminium, the trigger is spring loaded and holds the blade in place until pressed.
Weight is average due to size and it being made of Aluminium.
Features no makers mark.

This is again one of my favourite trench knives and was the only Ballistic Spring Powered Trench Knife I've seen, sadly this particular one has now been destroyed, the beautiful style and unique look make it a really nice piece, great for display and as a talking point, but could have been used in a combat situation.

Dimensions - 130mm wide (handle only), 70mm high (handle only), 12mm thick, Finger holes are 22mm wide and 30mm high.
Blade is 90mm -  Overall length is 220mm Approx.

Wood Grip Trench Knife (Knuckle Duster Knife)

Wood Grip Trench Knife (Knuckle Duster / Brass Knuckles Theater Knife)
This Trench knife is not based on any that already exist and are an original design, It is quite a unusual design, and can be used in many ways : stabbing hammer blow type strikes, slashing, basic any knife type holds and attacks.

The size will fit medium hands, but will just about fit large hands with a bit of a squeeze.

Features Oval finger holes and a flat palm rest, the weight is reasonably low due to the handle being made of Aluminium, it is actually 3 sections of 3mm aluminium that are glued and bolted together in about 8 places using hidden screws and threaded holes, The handle scales are 4mm pine wood.

These do not have spikes but the tops are triangular in shape (what I call - Jagged Edge type striking surfaces), this would do considerable damage in a fighting / War situation, it also features a removable blade, by just unscrewing the pommel nut, you could then use the handle as a stand alone knuckle duster.


The single edged curved blade also has a small guard above the handle similar to those of swords or 1918 u.s trench knives.
This is an o.k trench knife, not great, but still good for the collection, and still gets a conversation going, could have been finished a bit better,
Dimensions : Blade - 15cm -

Handle - 110mm wide, 80mm high, 12mm thick - Finger holes are approx - 23mm wide and 30mm high,

As mentioned above there are 150 unique designs, None readily commercial, and all will be featured on this blog eventually, currently there is about 140+ entries featuring various knuckle dusters from this large collection.
There are at least 16 Trench knives, some fixed blades, some folding, some double edged, others have hunting style blades, includes a Machette trench knife and a trench Sword.
There are lots of standard four finger knuckle dusters, Also two and one finger knuckle dusters and even a three finger set.
There are many unique designs and some old classic designs that have been around for years. some are multi-function and work as bottle openers, or ice scrappers or even key rings, a few even look like rings when worn.
There's a Chronicles of Riddick Saber Claws type knuckle duster and a Halo Energy Sword one too,

If you like skulls there's a few skull designs, also many colours too, some are custom made to fit the buyers hand / fingers and others just standard sizes - one size fit all.

The collection also features a few Deaths Head Knuckle Dusters, Boxer Style ones, 1918 trench knife copies, there's even a few very small women's size knuckle dusters.

There's a set of Knuckle Chucks - (Knuckle Duster Nunchucks - Nunchaku) and a Motorhead War Pig Knuckle Duster, and not forgetting the Knuckle Duster Machete.

2010 Trench Sword (Knuckle Duster Guard Cutlass)

2010 Trench Sword (Knuckle Duster Guard Cutlass) - A modern reproduction of the famous 1918 trench knife from World War One but with a cutlass style sword blade instead of the traditional double edge blade.

Made over a period of about six - eight months with about 20hrs work altogether, using a 1" blank of aluminium and an old Pakistani sword bought for about $20.
Knuckle duster knives or trench knives were used during both World Wars, the 1918 would have been a formidable weapon in close quarters combat, and the new 2010 trench sword would have been even better.
The size for the handle is medium to large hands, but would also be able to be used by smalls hands due to the finger hole shapes.
Features oblong finger holes and a curved palm rest that sits comfortably in your hand, also feature four spikes for striking.

As mention above the blade is an old Pakistani sword, that was cut in two to make a another smaller trench knife and this one, although not razor sharp it is still sharpened and would still be capable of stabbing, the handle is solid aluminium, and the blade is held within the handle using a rat tail tang and brass nut.
Weight is reasonably heavy due to the size of the blade and thickness of the handle, although heavy it just right for a short fighting sword.

Features various makers mark - U.K 2010 - Place and year made, also features W.C, the blade is a Cutlass / Cavalier style Pakistani design.
At this time there is no sheath, but I plan to get a nice tactical style scabbard with straps and various pouches.

This is probably my all time  favourite trench knife / sword, the beautiful old style blade and reproduction 1918 style handle makes for a really nice piece, great for display and as a talking point, but could be used in a combat situation.



Dimensions - 113mm wide (handle only - nut to guard), 84mm high (handle only), 26mm thick, Finger holes are 26mm wide and 35mm high.

Blade is 470mm - (18.5" inches)
Overall length is 595mm - (23.5" inches) Approx.

Hand Made Bear Claw Knife

Hand Made Bear Claw Knife -  A Solid aluminium handle bear claw knife based on the bear claw knives that can be bought all around the world.

As mentioned this is a solid aluminium handle with fake Damascus blade, the blade was taken from a cheap $10 folding knife and turned into the knife you see here
It is made to be held with your index finger in the hole like you do with the trigger of a gun.
The size is suited to any size hands as long as you can get your finger in the hole..
Features one round finger hole and a curved handle and curved bear claw style blade with serrations.

Weight is average due the size and it being Aluminium,

Features the makers marks - WC-11.

Overall a good use for some old crappy folders, looks good on display too and could be great to carry and conceal, maybe as a neck knife if you had the right sheath.

Dimensions - 50mm wide, 195mm long overall, 12mm thick, Finger hole is 32mm round.approx.
