If you see any of the more unusual designs on other websites or for sale they are not from me and those designs have been stolen,(not all my designs are original but many are) I have seen t-shirts with my stuff personal designs on, websites using my images, Chinese companies selling blatant rip off's of designs I created and have even seen my designs / pictures on a computer game too, all of which I was not asked permission, although I am not that bothered a credit or mention would have been nice, lol.
I've even seen a few tattoos of my dusters!

I might make a video later showing the t-shirts, tattoo's, game images etc.

Brass Knuckles Vape Mod (Knuckle Duster Vaporizer)

Solid Aluminium Vape mod Knuckle Duster / Brass Knuckles -
A hand made standard size mens knuckle duster with kydex wrap-around and an Aspire carbon fibre mod (could be made using any pen style mod too)

For the construction the knuckle dusters are made from solid aluminium but could be brass or whatever material you want, then the kydex is heated (again can be multiple colours) and wrapped around a piece of tube the exact same size as the vaporizer mod to make sure it does not damage it, once hardened the excess kydex is cut away and bolted on to the knuckle dusters and the hole for the button is cut and filed and that's basically it.

The size is standard / average as mentioned and will NOT fit very small or large fingers, some of the pictures in this post demonstrates the size of the knuckle duster when held by a average / medium size hand.

Features Oval finger holes and a straight round palm rest, weight is average or slightly heavier but not enough to make them too heavy in a pocket this is due to the fact they are made from aluminium.

Could also be concealed reasonably easily, but I would not recommend carrying them unless you know they are legal to carry where you live, but saying that as this item is now technically a vape mod with a knuckle guard they could potentially be classed as legal as they are not solely a weapon now, but I cannot confirm this.

Also features standard curved striking surfaces and a makers mark and date/info - WC 16

Dimensions - 120mm wide, 70mm high, 8mm thick aluminium, Finger holes are approx - 22mm wide and 28mm high,
Overall a really great knuckle duster vape mod in my opinion, and a really cool one off, great for a collection due to the rarity, but can be used for it intended purpose - vaping!

How to make a Knuckle Duster

Making a "Attitude Adjuster" Knuckle Duster - Although this is NOT a tutorial, rather a series of pictures I acquired of the "Making Of" a knuckle duster, it does show the process that is used to make one.


I requested these pictures because I thought it would be interesting to show others the process.

First the materials are sourced, in this case a solid 22mm Aluminium plate or sheet, the design is then drawn onto the metal using either a marker pen or scratched onto the metal using an awl.

The maker then drills holes in and around the drawn on knuckle duster shape, then using a hammer and flat head screwdriver or chisel the maker hammers between the drill holes to punch out the rough shape.

Then using various files the metal is filed and shaped until it resembles the rough shape of the knuckle duster, at this stage the edges are still very rough, a small round file is used to round over the edges and make it comfortable.

All that is required now is for the maker to sand the edges smooth using various sandpapers going from rough to smooth, it is then rubbed over with wire wool and then polished with Brasso.

As you can see from the many entries in this blog this technique produces very nice custom made Brass Knuckles / Knuckle Dusters, using this method it takes the maker about 4-6 hours to produce one Knuckle Duster, however each design may take a longer or shorter time depending the design, materials and thickness. some materials can range from 6mm - 25mm, the materials that can be used range from Metals - Aluminium, Brass, Steel, Copper, to materials like Wood and Plastics, I have seen ones made from Oak, Walnut, Beech, and plywood, as well as Acrylic plastic and Chopping Board Plastic, even Stone and Antler can be used.
