These designs are for the carbine crossbow I am making if you would like to follow along please watch the videos and be aware that some parts of the design may be changed along the way or may not even work but we will make a crossbow by the end of the series, I promise!

Review : Before I mention the camera I'd like to mention where I got it, I bought this camera from Joovuu.com, they sent it very fast and have very good customer services, defo worth buying it from them, cheap too, currently you can get this whole package for £58.48, I got mine for £68.00 which was still very cheap.
The camera itself is full HD to 30fps at 1080p with various lower settings including 60fps at 720p, for photos its 12.1mp with lower settings too so you can do some decent HD videos and pictures, its also got WIFI for using with the SJCAM app and various other options, currently i haven't tested the app as it doesn't work on my phone (its an old phone) you also get all those accessories mentioned above which is a hell of a lot of gear, there are loads of mounting options - I plan to use my mounts in a different way to the norm, i will use mine to connect my camera to rifles, crossbows, bows and other weapons for various cool POV's.
The camera can also be used a web cam which i have tried with google+ and it worked decent, very good quality picture!
You can x4 zoom too which is handy, and if you know how to use the settings you can control a hell of a lot of stuff ranging from resolution, osd mode,video lapse, cyclic record, HDR, motion detect, audio, date stamping, image size, ISO, exposure, white balance, anti-shaking and more - when I say "know how to use these" its because I don't know what some of these options are.
The camera is very light but looks and feels very high quality, on the front is the on/off mode button, on side is up(wifi)/down buttons and on top is O.K button. once the camera is on you can see the battery status - the battery last 70 minute recording at 1080p with a 3 hour charge - also on screen is mic status, time, date, length you can record and picture settings, all of this is on a 1.5 inch screen.
Taking pics and recording video is just a simple button press, the camera also has a 170 degree lens which takes wide pics / videos.
It takes up to 32g micro sd card which gives about 300 minutes recording (2gb records from approx 17mins)
You also get the water proof case which works up too 30m for surfing etc and I'm sure it would work as a shock / damage protection case too.
JooVuu.com also do many other optional accessories some of which I bought - these were the spare battery, wall charger and t.v out wire, but this isn't all they do, they aslo do a big ski package with even more mounting options than you get here.
Overall I love the camera, its high quality, inexpensive, robust, easy to use, has many setting options, small, light, comes with many accessories, I've currently filmed a few shooting videos and the footage is great, looks very nice and high quality too which you'd expect, much cheaper than any counter parts that are 2 or 3 times the price of this, sometimes even 5 times more.
And lastly - JooVuu.com - what a great company to buy from and I highly recommend you buy yours from them or other action cameras - they do loads, and at really great prices.

Sandbags and how to use them properly for flood protection
Filling the bags
•
This is a two-person job: one to hold the bag open
and one to fill.
•
Do not fill bags more than half full.
•
You don’t need to tie the end of the bag.
Placing the bags
•
Clear any debris from the area where the bags are
to be placed.
•
If you can, put a large sheet of heavy-duty plastic
between the sandbags and the wall of your house.
•
Place the bags lengthways, tucking the open end
under the filled half of the bag and position it
pointing into the direction of water flow.

Place bags in layers. Like a brick wall, make sure
that in the next layer each bag overlaps the one
below by half.

were all originally sent to myself as part of a design competition to
see who can create the most original designs, most will be able to be
used to make a knuckle duster / brass knuckles straight from the
template/ blueprint, some may need to be adjusted slightly
How To Use The Templates -
First click on the templates you want, right click and save to your
computer, after resizing the designs using the "SIZE OF TEMPLATES" info
below to make sure they will fit you can then either print them off or
you can get a piece of paper and trace the design from your P.C screen
using paper and a pencil, once you have the designs on paper and they
are the right size you can either cut out the design and draw around it
with a permanent marker pen onto the material you are using to make the
knuckle duster or cut out the design and stick it to the material.
To
make sure the designs are symmetrical it is advised to cut them down
the centre (top to bottom) draw one side on, turn over and draw the over
half, this will result in a symmetrical template.
you will now have yourself a drawn on knuckle duster template ready to cut or drill out.
To ensure the templates are the correct size make sure the red or black borders are on the edge of a piece of A4 paper or the "1 inch" line is actually 1 inch.
SIZES OF TEMPLATES -
All designs in the particular group are suited for size - Medium /
Average hands - hole size is : 25mm wide and 30mm high approx.
or 27mm round if circular.

Jagged Edge Knuckle Duster - A Jagged Style Knuckle
Duster / Brass Knuckles, designed by myself.
The size for this Knuckle
Duster is medium to large hands, Features oval finger holes and a curved palm rest and jagged edge tops, this striking surface will do
more damage to an attacker than standard round tops, but less damage
than spikes.
Weight is average due its thickness and it being made of Aluminium.
Features
various makers marks - W.C, U.K, 12, M.B, and was made by the person
who makes most of my other knuckle dusters.
A quite unusual
design, yet very comfortable to wear and would make a very nice display
piece too and awesome self defense weapon, this one was given away as a birthday present.
Dimensions - 110mm wide, 80mm high, 14mm thick, Finger holes are 26mm wide and 30mm high,
