SOME INFO ABOUT JAY FROM JAYSBLADES.COM :

My name is Jay, and I am a knife lover. I have been collecting blades for as long as I can remember. In recent years I have become somewhat frustrated with the laws and regulations put in place that lump us knife lovers in with the thugs who commit knife crimes. e-bay and Amazon no longer ship to the UK and Ireland, and US companies charge a lot for shipping. Then you have to worry about customs illegally seizing your blades and charging extra. The only alternative is to buy from the big UK based site, (you know which one)

So I've decided to start my own site. I have established contacts with sellers based in the US, who will supply me. So what do you get from using jaysblades? Well, you order your knife, (cheaper than the big guy) and wait for your blade, knowing you are giving the little guy a chance.

I'm working on my own, so please understand delivery of your blades will take from 10-21 days. This gives me time to deal with shipping, customs and well, my life. Mens Small Size Boxer Style Knuckle Duster

Men's Small Size Boxer Style Knuckle Duster / Brass Knuckles - a small size men's knuckle duster,
Made specifically for men with small hands or slim fingers, they will fit average / medium hands but they are tight on the fingers and you need a gap between the fingers and metal for them to be affective and safe to use (the hands shown are medium / average size)

The size is small as mentioned and will NOT fit large fingers, one of the pictures in this post demonstrates the size of the knuckle duster when held by a average / medium size hand.

There is also a picture showing the small size knuckle dusters compared with a normal size knuckle duster, as you can see they are just a bit smaller when compared to a medium size knuckle duster.

The design is that of a standard well known boxer style knuckle duster that can be bought commercially, however the size is smaller than most you could buy from widespread sellers.

Features Oval finger holes and a curved palm rest and no spikes, weight is obviously low due to its size and because they are made from aluminium.

Due to there size they could also be concealed reasonably easily, that's if you were to risk carrying such an item.
Also features various makers marks and dates/info - WC, 12, U.K, S (S = Small)
Dimensions - 105mm wide, 65mm high, 12mm thick, Finger holes are approx - 23mm wide and 28mm high,

Overall a good small knuckle duster, great for a collection due to the rarity of this size knuckle duster / brass knuckles.

The Urban Tanto Survival Knives are Available to ship worldwide, and are shipped from the U.K.

The Urban Tanto Survival Knives are approx 11" long and 1" 3/8 wide. all come with paracord wrapped handle and survival kit.

Each Knife/Tool consists of the following - 5" 1/2 blade, 1 x prying tool, bottle and tin opener, flat screwdriver, 2.5m approx of paracord.

The Urban Survival kits under the paracord vary and can consist of -
1 x lock Pick, 1 x tension tools, 1 x craft style blade / stanley blade, snare wire ,P-38 tin opener, matches, compass, magnifying glass, band aids / plasters, safety pins, wood saw, metal saw.
(No kit will include all these items, but will have many of them)

Each is hand made and fully hardened and tempered and each can be made to the buyers specification if wanted, these changes can include - adding a saw back, changing blade shape/ type, making the blade longer or shorter, making the handle thinner for smaller hands and other changes, they can also be blued and include a guard as shown in this blog.

Flaming Alien Skull Knuckle Duster / Brass Knuckles

The Flaming Alien Skull Knuckle Duster / Brass Knuckles, a large flaming skull shaped knuckle duster with large fang teeth designed by myself, and was at the time a 100% one off and the only one ever made (so far).

After designing my original Skull I wanted to make an even better one, this time getting the inspiration from a motorbike ornament that I changed and re-designed to be a knuckle duster.
As mentioned above, the design is that of a skull, and is held  with your hand between the teeth as palm rest.

It is made from solid Aluminium, and features two oblong finger holes in the style of the of "deaths head" knuckle duster, with large flames on the striking surface and the two fangs sit one the sides of your palm.

Weight is average due its size and it being made of Aluminium.
Features several  makers marks - WC-12 - maker and year made, and U.K. and the No.1 (first one made)

Overall a absolute classic design and very attractive and one of my all time favourites and possible a masterpiece and certainly my best design ever so far now, makes a great display piece and even better talking point and could be used if need be.

Dimensions - 125mm wide, 125mm high, 12mm thick, Finger holes are 45mm wide and 30mm high.

Folding Trench Knife Knuckle Duster

Folding Trench Knife (Knuckle Duster / Brass Knuckles Folding Theatre Knife)
This Trench knife is not based on any that already exist and are an original design, but are similar to some models that are commercially available.
Made to be used in reverse style grip, with the blade folding in a way that it will not cut your fingers if the lock fails, the lock is a Liner Lock, however the knuckle duster can be used with the blade closed, the blade is open using a thumb stud.

The size will fit medium hands, but will just about fit large hands with a bit of a squeeze.

Features Oval finger holes and a palm rest that is neither flat or curved but is the shape of the knife handle, the weight is reasonably low due to the handle being made of Aluminium.

These have four spikes for striking, and a 3 inch partially serrated blade and would be a considerable weapon in a  fighting / War situation that can be used closed or open features a folding blade as mentioned. 
Features no makers mark , but was made by the person who made most of the knuckle dusters in the collection.


Overall a pretty nice piece, could be finished better though, and is certainly unique.
